Jones & Sons Painting uses information submitted through this website to respond to painting inquiries and manage customer work.

Information we collect

The estimate-request form collects your name, phone number, project type and ZIP code. If you contact us or become a customer, our records may also include email and project addresses, project details, photos, estimates, signed agreements, invoices and payment records.

We store campaign tags from links, such as source, medium, campaign, content and search term, alongside your request. The website uses a session cookie to process requests and prevent duplicate submissions, and records a protected representation of your network address to limit spam. Hosting systems may also record technical request information.

How information is used and shared

Authorized staff use these records to contact you, prepare estimates, manage projects, maintain business records and understand which advertising produces inquiries. Our hosting, file-storage, email, payment and notification providers process information needed to provide their services. These include Replit, Resend, Square when online payments are used, and the browser/device push services used for staff notifications. This page does not collect payment-card details.

Optional advertising measurement

If enabled by the business and you choose “Allow advertising measurement,” Meta Pixel may send page views and successful request events to Meta, along with browser/device information, page address and advertising identifiers or cookies. This helps measure advertising results. We do not pass your form name, phone number or ZIP code as Pixel event fields. Meta processes received data under its own privacy policy.

You can decline without affecting your estimate request. The Advertising privacy choices link lets you change your choice. We honor Global Privacy Control by not loading this optional tracking. Revoking consent stops future Pixel use on this page; it does not recall events already sent.

Storage and retention

Requests and related records are stored in our business systems. This website does not automatically delete customer or test records on a fixed schedule. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed in light of ongoing work and recordkeeping needs. Authorized owners may retain clearly marked test requests for troubleshooting.
